About Me
I am a games programmer and current solo developer, having finished studying Computer Games Programming at De Montfort University. I'm an ambassador for Safe In Our World, a mental health in games charity.
Having participated in multiple game jams, including the Global Game Jam, both as a solo developer and a group developer, I have found an interest in gameplay and audio programming. I discovered these interests during university, as they combine my interests in storytelling and music with my programming skills, allowing me to engage players in different ways depending on the game, theme, and genre. The games industry became the goal for me during secondary school, as I found it to be a creative way to explore what you can program while seeing a tangible product at the end of the process.
I worked in an internship role for an educational mobile game while completing my third year of university, and I am currently working on publishing my first game, 'The Bigger Picture', on Steam.
